Lakshman Agadi established MedGyn in 1975 near Chicago, IL with a determined focus on improving women’s health. He worked diligently to develop a comprehensive portfolio of products that are now distributed in over 100 countries. Lakshman is recognized as a global leader in the women’s health industry with almost 50 years of experience in the field. His success has been attributed to his strong understanding of the OB/GYN medical community and a passion for improving women’s health through innovation and patient awareness.

Aarathi Singh

Aarathi Singh is a senior executive in the medical device industry with over 15 years of strategy and operating experience.  She has a strong background in marketing, sales force optimization, and the commercialization of innovative technologies. Prior to joining MedGyn, Aarathi held positions of increasing responsibility at Deloitte Consulting and at Johnson & Johnson. Aarathi has a BS in Finance from Boston University and a MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

Dr. Amar Agadi

Dr. Amar Agadi has 20 years of medical device experience. He has extensive knowledge in new product development, evaluating innovative technologies, regulatory, and medical affairs. Prior to joining MedGyn, Amar was at GE Medical Systems where he led many key developmental projects. Amar has a BS in Biology from Tulane University, a MBA and M.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois, and a MD with Board Certification in Pathology.

Rajesh Wadhwa

Rajesh Wadhwa joins MedGyn as the Director of Operations at a pivotal point in our company's growth. Along with the many members of production, logistics, warehousing, and more, Mr. Wadhwa will help to make MedGyn's internal processes more efficient than ever.
